As the planner for your corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, galas, and just about any other event, we work on an hourly basis. Our services include all the necessary pre-event meetings with you and your vendors, and day of coordination of the event. We will meet with you to discuss all the vendor details and get an idea of the type of event and theme you are planning on hosting. Icing on the Cake Events will maintain weekly contact with you, or client, to give progress reports on the event. We also encourage frequent communication so your ideas are consistently being accomplished.

Icing on the Cake Events will be the main vendor contact; meeting with vendors, coordinating any contracts, maintaining all scheduling and oversight of function set-up. We will provide unlimited e-mail and telephone conversations throughout the planning process. We will also provide vendor confirmations up to two weeks prior to the event. Because we operate on an hourly basis for all of our Events, a proposal will be written up following our initial consultation and before the contract is signed.

• Developing a theme and color scheme
• Developing a schedule for the event
• Contacting vendors including but not limited to:
  - Caterer
  - Bartender
  - Floral
  - Photographer (if needed)
  - Rental Equipment
  - Printed materials
  - Music-DJs or Bands and Live Music
• Designing and creating any original decorations
• Pre-event set up and post-event tear down
• If needed, invitation mailings and RSVP organization
